GETTING AROUND
A car is recommended to explore all that the Grand Strand has to offer. Your stay includes complimentary on-site parking, making it easy to come and go as you please. Many popular attractions, restaurants, and grocery stores are just a short drive away.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Damage Waiver: A non-refundable $35 damage protection fee is required within one hour of booking. This covers accidental damages up to $1,000 and replaces the need for a traditional security deposit.
- Amenity Access: Please note that access to the fitness center, arcade, and main resort dining area is limited to property owners. However, guests have full access to all pools, hot tubs, the lazy river, and the poolside bar.
- Location: This is a 3rd-floor unit located in Tower B, with convenient elevator access.
- Seasonal Hours: Some resort amenities may have limited hours or availability due to seasonal changes or maintenance.

We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 1-bedroom in Tower B. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent before arrival
