Enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean and beach from your master bedroom suite, private balcony, and living and dining area. Coupled with hard flooring and comfortable furnishings, this home truly has it all. Relax in style and enjoy a fresh cooked (or delivered!) meal while overlooking the stunning Atlantic with the beach right across the street!





The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker, classic coffee maker, crock pot, and all essentials - including dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils.  You and your guests will enjoy absolute convenience whether having a morning cup of coffee or a full home-cooked meal!



With multiple sleeping options in our home, all of your guests will plenty of space to spread out and relax. The primary suite features a private bath and king bed on with fabulous ocean views. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and third bedroom has two double beds.  There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room for even more space.  All bedrooms have Smart TVs to connect to your Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and more, as well as standard cable TV.



Our home also features free Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected as much (or as little) as you like as well as a washer and dryer in the condo.

*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.

*No grills on property.

*Washer/dryer located in the unit.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*Two parking passes provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided.

*Drip coffee maker provided in unit.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $49 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $900 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
