Guest Access
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 4-bedroom home, backyard, and all amenities.

• Private Entrance: The home is equipped with keyless entry. Your unique door code and the property address will be provided 48 hours before your arrival.
• Parking: Free on-site parking is available for up to six vehicles.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM

Interaction With Guests
We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. While we will not be on-site during your stay, we are always available via the app or phone if you have any questions or need assistance.

Other Details to Note
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, please review the following important details:
• Rental Agreement: After booking, you will be asked for your email address to digitally sign our rental agreement. This must be completed prior to your stay.
• Security Deposit: A credit card is required to be placed on file for a $300 security deposit hold. This is a temporary authorization, not a charge, and is released after a damage-free check-out.
• Damage Insurance: A mandatory, non-refundable $59 fee is charged for an accidental damage insurance policy, which provides coverage for up to $1,500, for a worry free stay.
• Pool Heating: The pool is heated to 85 degrees. Please be aware that during cooler, non-summer months, the heater may not reach the desired temperature, and the water may feel cool.
• Security Cameras: For your safety and security, cameras are located on the exterior of the property. There are no cameras inside the home.
