Could be better

Location and layout of the condo is perfect. Everything else needs improvement. Condo was ready 45 minutes late. After driving 18hrs, the last thing you want to hear is that your rental isn’t ready. Washer was broken the whole time of our stay. One of the showers wouldn’t drain even after someone came to repair it. The cleanliness of the place was not perfect. Old blood stains on the quilt. Lesson learned. From now on I will only rent from owners that use the place and take pride in their rental. Not an agency where the rental is a number and so are you.

2025 Beach Getaway

We had the best time at Marsh View. Our two boys loved the balcony and the kids pool. Location was perfect from a short walk to the beach or dinning and a short drive to everything else. Thanks for helping make memories for my boys, wife and I. We’ll definitely be back!

The property was very nice. The property management was rude and unhelpful. They were not accommodating to questions and gave sarcastic answers and said things to make you feel as though you are stupid for not understanding. I would never stay there again. And that’s only because of management and not the property.

Wedding getaway

We were invited to a wedding at 21 main, which was basically across the street. This was a beautiful condo with ocean views and very close to the venue. We were able to walk to the beach Sunday for a nice day on the beach after all wedding festivities were over. We would definitely stay again.

The property was very comfortable for our three senior adult couples. Enjoyed the ocean view and especially sitting on balcony and watching the high and low tides come and go(we are landlubbers from east Texas!!). Will definately stay at property agaon.

Condo is really nice

The condo was clean. It's a short walk to the beach. It has most amenities. There is no clock in any of the living areas which was frustrating at times. A clock should be added to the living room. Lots of places to eat and activities nearby. We really enjoyed out stay.

Will NOT stay here ever again!!

I wish I could post pictures. The room was nice and all our linens were DIRTY! I reached out to the number provided to text and their response was they ensure me they’re clean and they would bring a clean comforter the next day. On my first night’s stay we had to wash sheets and covers! How convenient! I contacted them again because one of the keys weren’t working. Their response back was I’m sure it works as if I was lying SMH so I sent a video of the key not working. Overall the customer service was very poor! O and the stove takes over an hour to heat up so save yourself the headache and go out to eat! I will not be back and I’m telling my friends and families not to use them either! Work on your customer service skills!

Excellent Condo

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit is in a smaller building, right on the marsh, so we had lots of great views from the big deck! It’s 5 short blocks to the beach, a 5-10 minute walk to the water. No beach equipment is included. The pool was warm and clean, a little small for the number of people, but we didn’t have a problem getting chairs most days. There is covered parking, but it’s tight. Elevators are quick! The unit is very spacious and well kept. The recliner chair should be replaced, though. The leather is cracked, and there is an area of stain where people’s heads rested. The dryer vent needs a deep clean. The kitchen was very nice and had most things we needed. In the largest bedroom, a drawer was broken, and should be looked at, for safety reasons. The people we met were very nice, as most are owners. You could walk to Barefoot Landing, but it is further than the beach. There are plenty of shops and a grocery store close by. We spent most of our time on the deck, and it was nice with the ceiling fan. Really, the only issue that would cause me not to rent here again was check-in. We are used to a lock box or code, but we had to go to a rental office and wait in line with everyone else-all checking in at the same time. You have to get a key and parking pass from them and then drop it all off again when you check out. This just added so much time and hassle that most places don’t require anymore. Still, this was a very good choice for us!

Great location

Location was excellent. Easy access to route 17, food, attractions, etc. Very quiet, even at biker week. Funiture was adequate, but does need updating. Huge dining table, great for playing cards, games. Internet had to be rebooted several times, but easy to do and only a minor inconvenience. Maintenance response was excellent and quick (info on internet and a dryer issue). Would stay here again.

Omg never here again

The pool wasn't open, the shower curtain was nasty, the toilets were very nasty, the ceiling fan out on the balcony was rusty, the chair in the living room was worn out. I went out the 1st night and purchased a whole sheet set to go on the bed I slept in.. I've rented through vrbo before and this was by far the Worst one ever.

Great Place to Stay!

The condo was so homey! It was furnished nicely and comfortable. I loved the view of the Marsh. We could even still see the ocean from our balcony. The area was quiet and walkable to Barefoot Landing where there are a ton of cute shops and some places to eat. We loved the area

We enjoyed our stay. We were here for the Run to the Sun Car Show. Property was exactly as advertised, clean, quiet and the view was absolutely beautiful!! Highly recommend and will definitely book again!!

The unit was orderly and clean. The neighborhood/complex was very quiet and inviting. Most of the people we meet where very friendly and approachable. And the condo was located near the attractions we visited. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood
