✔️Additional House Rules:

★ Rental Agreement: An offline short-term rental agreement must be signed following the booking confirmation. A security deposit of $1,000 will be held offline for two (2) days before check-in. The deposit will be released within fourteen (14) days after check-out, provided no damage to the property is identified.

★ Age Requirement: The person making the reservation must be at least 21 years old.

★ Same-Day Booking: Please message us first if you are booking a same-day stay with us to make sure our cabin is ready for you to check in.

★ Hot Tub and Pool: Our hot tub and pool get a thorough cleaning once a week ( Mostly Fridays). If you are staying with us during this time, we kindly ask for your cooperation. Please shower before taking a dip to remove any dirt or lotions. No salts, bath bombs, or bubbles, please. To prevent accidents, kindly refrain from using glassware. Take a moment to consider if these guidelines align with your preferences and those of your guests. Neglecting to do so may result in the need for draining and additional extensive maintenance, incurring an extra $500 fee.

** Please note that the hot tub warms gradually at about 1–2 degrees per hour, so it may take a few hours to reach your preferred temperature

**We DO NOT have pool or hot tub covers. Since the pool and hot tub are surrounded by trees, you may notice leaves in the water. Please use the pool leaf rake provided to remove any leaves as needed.

★ Trash: City trash collection is scheduled on Friday, Saturday, and Monday. If you stay with us on these days, we ask that guests pull the trash bins to the curb before 7 am on scheduled pick-up days.

★ Pets: We welcome dogs (less than 50lb each). The pet fee is $75 per night per pet; maximum 2 dogs. Guests agree to keep their dogs under control at all times. Dog(s) must be more than 1 year old and crated if left alone in the home. All dogs must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. You may ask to provide the vaccination records. Guests agree to clean up after their dog(s) & dispose of their waste promptly. If you are staying with us for an extended period, do let us know, and we can work with you on pet fees.

★ Smart TV: The house has Smart TVs that allow you to access your favorite streaming services. You will need to log in using your credentials.

★ Security Cameras: Cameras are positioned at the front and around the house to ensure safety and monitor our cleaning and home care partners, ensuring they provide top-notch service. There are no cameras inside the cabin.

★ Smoking: Absolutely NO smoking!!!! in the house. There will be a minimum $750 charge plus cleaning charges if found smoking. Any evidence of smoking/vaping will result in a fee for odor removal, furniture cleaning, and is cause for immediate termination of stay with no refund

★ Initial Start-Up Supplies: Our cleaning service provides initial start-up supplies, including toilet paper ( 2 rolls per bathroom), paper towels (1 roll), dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and shampoo & bar soap (travel size 1 per bathroom) Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase some of the items (from the local stores or Instacart to the cabin) when the initial supply runs out.

★ Refunds: Outside cancellation window, No refunds for any reason including storms, snow, and/or power and internet outages. We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance.

★ Pest: We have quarterly pest control treatments in place; however, you may still see or hear critters, bugs, spiders, squirrels, and other insects or animals
