Boasting 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Eagle's Nest is designed with function and comfort in mind. The open living area is perfect for movie nights or cozy gatherings, while the gourmet kitchen allows for memorable meal preparations. The 3 dedicated workspaces ensure that work can be tackled without interrupting the vacation vibes.

OPEN CONCEPT LIVING AREA: Spacious and inviting, with a large, sleek 75-inch Smart TV and comfortable/reclining seating for gatherings. Games, puzzles are also present in the living room for increased entertainment/enjoyment!

GOURMET KITCHEN: A chef's dream, our kitchen is outfitted with NEW, high-end, stainless-steel appliances (including an air-fryer oven) and all the cooking essentials you will need such as a blender. A Brita water pitcher is present in the refrigerator so there is no need for having to buy bottled water. Coffee makers are also available.
A fire extinguisher is present under the sink.

DINING AREA: Comfortable seating for 10! No need to be cramped as you enjoy your meals or have folks having to eat elsewhere. The large dining table seats 8 and there are 2 counter height stools at the kitchen counter. We have eating and drinking utensils for little ones as well as a highchair and booster seat.

THREE DEDICATED WORKSPACES + HIGH-SPEED WIFI: For those who need to stay connected, our workspaces offer the perfect blend of functionality and speed. In the 2 king-bed bedrooms, monitors are provided in case you would like to work with 2 screens, yours, and ours. Keyboard & mouse also available in each of these 2 rooms. There is a desk and chair in the 3rd bedroom.

3 BEDROOMS:
2 King Bedrooms: Immerse yourself in luxury with our two king bedrooms, where high-end linens and plush decor guarantee a dreamy night's sleep after a day of beach adventures.
Each king bed is flanked by two nightstands, providing ample space for personal items like phones and accessories. Our nightstand lamps also feature convenient USB charging ports.
-BALCONY off the 2nd floor master bedroom.
Enjoy quality time with others in the third bedroom featuring a queen-size bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed. Iron and ironing board in this room’s closet.
-Plenty of closet and drawer space with hangers included so there is no need to be living out of suitcases!
-Each bedroom has a Smart TV (55 inch in king-bed bedrooms & 50 inch in 3rd bedroom).

3 BATHROOMS: One on the main floor and two upstairs. Modern, fully equipped bathrooms featuring tub/shower combos in 2 and a walk-in shower in the 3rd (upstairs).
-Bath/body towels, hand towels and wash cloths are provided. These towels are not to be taken out of the home. Beach/pool towels are present in the laundry room.
-Complimentary shampoo, conditioner & bodywash
-There will be 1-2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom to start you off. Hair blow dryers are also in each of the 2 bathrooms with tubs.

LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer and dryer are within the downstairs bathroom. Laundry detergent, dryer sheets and laundry baskets are available for use.
There are also 12 colorful beach towels in the laundry room available for beach/pool use.
1st aid-kit and 2nd fire extinguisher present in laundry room.

CENTRAL HEATING & AC: Stay warm or cool, however you prefer, and comfortable throughout your stay.

☆☆ OUTDOOR ☆☆:
PARKING: 2 open vehicle spaces directly in front of the property. No more than 2 vehicles. No motorcycles are allowed.

OUR OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE is your personal oasis. Whether it's lounging or enjoying a cookout made on our grill, Eagle's Nest offers a wonderful outdoor living experience.
--There is a backyard dining set to just sit and converse at or enjoy a meal in a relaxing environment.
--Community pool, kiddy pool, hot tub
--There is an outside shower head on the west-side of the home to rinse off sand after enjoying time at the beach.
