Welcome to paradise at The Palms! This beautiful, spacious, beach home is only a minute walk to Windy Hill Beach and a mile drive to Barefoot Landing. The whole family will enjoy the incredible outdoor space which includes two separate decks, huge patio, and one of the biggest pools in the North Myrtle Beach. This house has everything you need for an amazing vacation-and you might never want to leave. There is plenty of private parking, a fully stocked expansive kitchen, and two separate living areas to spread out over the almost 4000 sq feet.

2-3 Nights 1st Dog: $125 per stay 2nd Dog: $35 per stay 3rd Dog: $25 per stay
4-6 Nights 1st Dog: 125 per stay 2nd Dog $50 per stay 3rd Dog: $35 per stay
7+ Nights 1st Dog: $150 per stay 2nd Dog $75 per stay 3rd Dog $50 per stay
**Guests must disclose that they will be bringing dogs and the number at the booking request so host can add Pet Fees.
NO SMOKING/VAPING INSIDE OR NEAR ENTRANCES: Please refrain from smoking/vaping inside the home or near the entrances. Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal, duct and furniture cleaning.
Property Maintenance: Our pool and landscaping is maintained by a trusted-third party company. Due to their schedule, we cannot provide specific day confirmations to guests on when they will be onsite. They are no required to announce their arrival. The pool is serviced twice a week during peak season and once a week during non-peak. Guests are responsible for skimming debris from the pool in between cleans. Guests who want to request an additional clean will need pay an additional fee.
Starter Supplies: Bath towels and linens are included in the cleaning fee. To ensure your first night with us is comfortable we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, roll of paper towels and garbage bags. Please note these items are intended to cover your needs for the first night. For the remainder of your stay you will need to bring or purchase any additional items that you require.
The pool heater is available certain times of the year (mid-April, May, September and mid-October) at an additional charge and needs to be requested at least five days prior to check in. The temperature of the heated pool is not guaranteed and can vary especially in cold weather. The charge for a heated pool is $30/night. Guests are prohibited from putting furniture and items not designated for pool use in the pool. Guests are NOT allowed to touch any of the pool equipment and will be responsible for any issues caused.
It is not uncommon to encounter insects such as palmetto bugs or wildlife in this tropical climate. While we do take preventative measures to keep critters out with pest control services there is the possibility that some get into the house. Please keep doors closed to help control this. There is wildlife in the area so please do not leave food or drinks outside.
There is one charcoal grill available for use outside as a courtesy. Guests are responsible for supplies as well as cleaning the grills.
Please note that your stay can be during hurricane season, which runs from June through November. While we always hope for perfect weather, storms can occasionally disrupt travel plans. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip in case of unforeseen weather events. Refunds will only be given for nights that fall under a mandatory evacuation order.
Free private parking is available on-site for up to four vehicles. There is no parking on the lawn.
There are three security cameras on the outside of the house. One at the front entrance and garage, one on the rear of the house facing the gate and pool equipment and one covering the pool area. They may all be recording or saving still images. There is an Amazon Echo Dot in the kitchen and one in the living room. They can be unplugged but we ask that you plug them back in before check-out.
There is a stationary charcoal grill in the pool area . Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill and providing their own supplies.
NO PARTIES/EVENTS ALLOWED-Primary booking guest must be 25 and present during the entire reservation. No unregistered or unauthorized guests/pets/visitors allowed on premises, including the pool area. Primary guest must provide final guest headcount prior to arrival. Guests may see landscapers, pool cleaners and members of our maintenance team on site during their stay.
