This is a gorgeous 2-bedroom 2 bath condo located in the sought-after Intracoastal Waterway Community of Carolina Keyes on the 3rd floor. Carolina Keyes is located in beautiful North Myrtle Beach, SC. This community has everything you would want in your perfect beach getaway. It offers several pools, water features, a boardwalk along the Intracoastal waterway, day docks, and community picnic-grilling areas. Location! Location!! Location!!! You are a short car ride to Starbucks, Walmart, Restaurants, Main Street, Beaches, and entertainment. The condo has two bedrooms each with its own bath. Each bedroom features a King Bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area for extra sleeping arrangements. The soothing coastal colors are bright and inviting from the time you walk through the front door. The cathedral ceiling and glassed-in Porch give the property an open spacious living area. The glassed-in porch is the best of both worlds. Slide the windows open and you have a screened-in porch, close the windows and you have a Carolina room. This room is the perfect location to watch as your guest enjoy the pool below. Within expectations and good location in North Myrtle Beach . Quiet and secure place .

Perfect location and condo for golfers and walkers on the beach . Valued condo for 4 in a 3rd floor unit ( be aware for those struggling with their knees 😇) .Overall , I would recommend .

Overall, it was a good stay. Loved the condo…esp the porch with the tv and windows that open to allow in a nice breeze. We did have some issues arise that were out of the realty company’s hands…tv went bad in the bedroom, ice maker did not work, and air stopped working. While the TV and ice maker issues were unable to be resolved during our stay, the air conditioner was tended to quickly and we were even offered a later check out time of 12:00 free of charge.

The condo is nice and comfortable. It was easy to find our room. There was a simple walkway to the intercostal waterway after you worked out how to get around the other buildings. This unit has a pool view so you know what time of of day that it isn't the busiest. I loved how the windows partially opened with screens so there wasn't just a screen there. I didn't like the fact that there was no elevator for this 3rd floor unit. I went back to check the information and didn't see it mentioned that there wasn't an elevator.

Softball tournament

This property was everything that we needed for our mini vacation to Myrtle Beach. My daughter had a 3 day weekend softball tournament and this. Location was just 10 minutes away. The place was very clean and had everything that we needed. We did get to swim in the pools a few days but from being outside all day on the field and wanting to go swimming the pool water was very warm wish it was the water was a little cooler, but can't help that . Overall good experience with everything else .

Summer vacation at Carolina Keyes

The condo was very quiet, clean with easy access to beach, stores, and restaurants. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the porch. The property manager communicated well throughout our stay. We would have liked to use the pool and hot tub more often but were limited by bad weather. The property inside and out was well maintained. We enjoyed our visit here and would recommend to others.

Absolutely beautiful condo

Everything was amazing here! This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach and we were surprised at how beautiful the condo was! I mean everything was perfect, no signs of anyone staying there before, super clean, had everything we needed to make meals there for the kids (pots/pans dishes utensils). The one pool was out of order so we used the other one across the street. So close to all shopping, beach was 5 mins away, and Barefoot Landing was close. Very huge plus in our book that Starbucks was close lol Beds were very comfortable and sunporch was nice to relax in after a long day! 5 Stars all the way, we will definitely stay here again!!!!

Very nice condo

Well located, walking distance of shops, and groceries. Clean and quiet, except for a few days where there was renovation work on the building.. We had a small issue with one of the TV's, but it was solved very quickly the same day. Lynn at Strand Realty was a pleasure to work with. Thank you Lynn . We would return anytime.
