  • Ceci est un magnifique condo 4bd / 3ba au 13ème étage avec une vue incroyable sur la voie navigable Intracoastal et l'océan! Cette unité est joliment meublée et dispose de 2 rois, 4 lits jumeaux et un canapé-lit. 10 couchages.

    La tour nord de Barefoot Resort est située au 4801 Harbor Pointe Drive à North Myrtle Beach. Ceci est un condo de luxe absolument magnifique 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain au 13e étage avec une vue incroyable sur la voie navigable Intracoastal et l'océan! Découvrez le summum de la vie de style complexe sans les frais de service élevés. Cette unité dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit, une télévision à écran plat dans le salon et les 4 chambres, une décoration et un mobilier haut de gamme. Le balcon donne sur la marina et le yacht club et est un endroit idéal pour s'asseoir et profiter des bateaux qui passent alors qu'ils naviguent sur la voie navigable Intracoastal.

    Profitez du Yacht Club Marina avec des repas au coin du feu à l'extérieur. Ce complexe possède la plus grande piscine de Caroline du Sud ainsi qu'un jacuzzi et est situé juste derrière Barefoot Landing, qui regorge de boutiques, de restaurants et de divertissements. We booked last minute and it did not disappoint! The condo is wonderful and a perfect location! The pool was huge and never felt remotely crowded. The beach was just a quick drive for public beach access.

Wonderful Stay

This property was clean and had plenty of space! The large, bar area ice maker was helpful, because the one in the fridge had to be defrosted to work. There is a large outdoor balcony but not a ton of seating but definitely adequate seating inside the condo. We could not find a broom, and with all the sand and 8 people, it would be helpful to have one. My only complaint would be that every mattress in the condo is firm. Every one in our group complained about that… but all in all… a beautiful clean condo and we would be happy to stay again!

Great location for a group of 9

Great location for a golf trip. Lots of great food near the resort along with 4 fantastic golf courses. Only 3 minor complaints with our stay: 1. The sower liner in the hallway bathroom needs to be replaced. There was a hole in the liner which could lead to mold/water damage. 2. The 4 twin beds were pretty uncomfortable and a minor investment could really improve the experience for those sleep in those beds. 3. Due to the temps, the pool, which was stunning, was not very refreshing. Each time we went to the pool there were comments about how warm the water felt. None of these are dealbreakers and the pool temps we’re probably a matter of the extreme heat during the week of our visit. No doubt we loved 1302 and will try to book upon our next visit to Myrtle Beach.

I wanted to make a point to place this review to give praise to North Beach Realty and to the condo that we rented. In over 25 years of renting, North Beach Realty is hands-down the most friendly, helpful and overall pleasant experience that we've had from (even before) the check-in through the check-out process. I dealt with a Mrs. Vidmar when setting up the rental and she was key in helping us find the unit that suits our family best. Prior to this stay, I’ve never been able to find someone as helpful and friendly as her with other companies (first time we’ve used North Beach Realty). The individuals at the front desk talk, smile, are happy to answer questions, and are just pleasant and helpful in general. I believe these are relatively easy customer relations interactions that are seemingly unfortunately hard to come by these days. It makes a huge difference. It is also important to note that the property itself was the best we've ever stayed in. It was clean, very well kept and everything worked. I don't plan on using any other rental company moving forward.

Great Escape to Barefoot Resort

Clean, Spacious, and Spectacular views of the water way in Barefoot Landing area. Our extended family (7 total) stayed in this lovely beach decor condominium. The listing accurately describes the layout and amenities for this rental property. The property was extremely clean and equipped with linens, blankets, and bath towels. The large home had plenty of inside seating and dining areas, the 4 bedrooms had their own tv's, all appliances worked properly and the central air was very cooling. Our family spent a majority of our time on the balcony enjoying the outdoor views of the pool below and the intracoastal waterway. The pool area is massive and we always had access to seating. If you are one to seek shade, the seating near the umbrella's would fill fast so be mindful and bring a hat if sun shy. Windy Hill Beach is a short drive away and you will need a credit or debit card for parking. There is so much to do at Barefoot Landing which hosts an abundance of dining and shopping options. Our family would recommend Taco Mundo and Bully's Pub & Grill. Both of which have outdoor seating. We also enjoyed the marina restaurant in walking distance of the property. Reasonably priced alcohol and food. If you are planning to cook and eat in there is a Food Lion off of the main street hghwy 17 for your shopping convenience. In fact there are may surf/beach shops, mini golf places, dine in restaurants, and fast food stops all along hghwy 17. Don't wait and book now.
