The living room has hard flooring and features an open floor plan perfect for mingling. The private balcony off of the living room is furnished and offers ocean and pool views. Watch passersby on Ocean Boulevard as you enjoy that morning cup of coffee or afternoon sundowner.
There is a full dining area, as well as a breakfast bar. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances as well as a K-cup Keurig style coffee maker. The kitchen is fully appointed with all dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils. You will have everything needed for a full holiday meal or light snack.
There are Smart flat screen TVs in both the living room and all bedrooms. Enjoy watching our full cable channel lineup as well as your Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and more. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the home for you to stay connected as much or as little as you like.
There are three bedrooms, which all also have the amazing hard flooring and inviting coastal furnishings. Our home sleeps up to 8 guests (6 in beds and 2 in the sleeper sofa).

Pool and Beach:
There is a lovely outdoor pool area right downstairs on Ocean Boulevard. Soak in the sun, take a dip, and watch the world go by! The beach and beach access are a short 30 yards from the home, so you can go back and forth with ease and have your toes in the sand in moments. The stretch of beach by our home is wonderful and wide, and there is even iconic Molly Darcy's Irish Pub just down the street with oceanfront casual dining.
Water Bliss: At our home, you have both a pool downstairs and also access to the oceanfront Crescent Tower Pool right across the street! Have your toes in the sand in less than a minute with the beach also right across the street!

Our home is right in the middle of all there is to do in North Myrtle Beach and just a few minutes from Myrtle Beach. At your fingertips, you will have dozens of restaurants, attractions, golf courses, activities, and live music. Famous Main Street is just 5 minutes to your north, where there are festivals, a summer concert series, beach clubs with live music, restaurants and ice cream parlours, arcades, and more!
Barefoot Landing is less than 5 minutes away, which offers tons of outdoor shops, restaurants, House of Blues, Alligator Adventure, and Alabama Theater. Tanger Outlets is just 2 minutes further along with Restaurant Row which has the best calabash style seafood in town!
Our guests can also reach Myrtle Beach's famous Boardwalk, SkyWheel, Broadway at Beach, and also the airport in around 25 minutes. The most wonderful thing about our home is that it so centrally located, you can be anywhere in town in a matter of minutes!
No car? No problem! Uber, Lyft, and taxis are fast and affordable. If you have a car, you can park up to 2 vehicles for free at our property!

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.
*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.
*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.
*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $49 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $900 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times. Proof of age required.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
5. No Pets Allowed. This includes emotional support animals regardless of documentation as HOA does not allow. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.
