San A Bel 406 is an inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront condo located in the popular Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. The condo comfortably sleeps six and features a private oceanfront balcony with uninterrupted Atlantic views. Linens, bath towels, WiFi, basic cable, and departure cleaning are all included in this vacation rental. This is a non-smoking, pet-free condo reserved for families only. No students, groups, or events are permitted, and the minimum age to rent and check in is 25. Two parking passes are provided.

Living Area:
The living area offers a comfortable place to relax, complete with a full-size sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and large sliding glass doors that open onto the oceanfront balcony. The natural coastal light and views create a relaxing atmosphere perfect for quiet mornings, reading, or unwinding after a day at the beach.

Kitchen & Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, and utensils are provided, making meal preparation convenient throughout your stay. The dining table seats six with 4 chairs and a bench, located adjacent to the kitchen for easy serving and gathering.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an updated private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a double/twin bunk bed (double on the bottom and twin on top) and a flat-screen TV. A second updated bathroom with a walk-in shower is accessible from the hallway and serves both the second bedroom and additional guests.

Condo Conveniences:
For added comfort during your stay, the unit includes a washer and dryer, complimentary WiFi, basic cable television, and the peace of a coastal, family-oriented environment.

Resort Amenities:
San A Bel offers several on-site features, including an indoor pool, an outdoor hot tub, an outdoor shower, a fitness room, a walkway directly to the beach, a charcoal grill, and convenient on-site parking. Motorcycles are allowed on the ground level, although trailers are not permitted. Golf carts are not allowed on the property.

The condo is ideally located just minutes from some of the most popular attractions in North Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand. Guests can enjoy nearby shopping and entertainment at Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach, along with numerous souvenir shops and local boutiques.

Families will appreciate close access to Duplin Winery, Alligator Adventure, Ripley’s Aquarium, WonderWorks, Broadway Grand Prix, and Pirates Voyage. Live entertainment is available at the Alabama Theatre, House of Blues, Carolina Opry, and the Greg Rowles Legacy Theater on Main Street.

Outdoor activities such as parasailing, dolphin cruises, deep sea fishing, pier fishing, and long walks on the North Myrtle Beach shoreline are easily accessible. Golfers will find more than 100 golf courses within short driving distance.

There is one departure clean fee and one linen fee for the entire reservation that varies according to the number of beds the rental has and the location of the rental. These fees will be added on to the total of your reservation. Reservationists will give you the fee amount of the fees before you make the reservation.
