Golf cart, TRUE arcade and a large NETFLIX movie theatre with 150" screen and theatre seating . 6 bedrooms/12 beds,4.5 baths with 3 levels of living. Large fenced in yard with pool table/putt putt/ping pong and more.


The space

Brand new for 2025 - Ever been on a cruise? Dont you just love all the amenities that they offer...fun for all and all ages(adults too). I wanted to build that whole concept of having something to do at all times so you never have to leave. Houses directly on the beach are nice but the beach is just a few hours of the day, what would you do for the other 18 plus hours of the day?... Here at the blue cruise ship I have tried to capture hours of fun after your beach day. Being only 3-4minutes from the beach or a 6 minute golf cart ride( included) this home offers the beach plus every amenity almost that you can think of so when you are done with the beach you have a lifetime of memories waiting on you. This home is also directly in front of the waterway by cherry grove marina so you can bring your boat as there is parking for over 6 vehicles and a boat. The landing and marina is just across the street.

Heating Pool /Hot Tub - I cover the price for heating the hot tub as a perk from me to you... this is around 75 dollars a day in gas..some hosts charge to heat a inground hot tub but i cover this cost for my guest
There is a $100 a day charge to heat the pool . Set point will be 88 degrees for pool and 100 degrees for hot tub. Most rentals will only do 86 degrees for pool and charge $150 -$200 a day. Please let me know at booking so i can send request over and plan to heat pool that time period. The pool pump is ran for 8am to 9pm only which are swimming hours

This beautiful custom built house consists of 2 houses that are also connected via the large screened in upstairs balcony with 9 and 10 ft ceilings. The downstairs of main house consists of a king bedroom, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a sitting area set up like a living room with tv. There is also a full arcade and outdoor area. There is also and elevator to go upstairs. The upstairs consist of a large master suite with king bed and bath, second bedroom with 2 full beds and bath, large living room with 75" tv and fireplace, dining room, updated kitchen and large laundry room.

Between the two houses is a large outdoor resort style pool area with salt water heated pool and hot tub, outdoor bar/kitchen area with grill top fridge and granite bar with stools. There is 6 lounge chairs, table top for 4, many Adirondack chairs , gas fireplace , outdoor shower and a tv with cover

The second house consists of a large open concept house with a king bed, sleeper sofa, love seat , studio kitchen, small separate bunk bedroom, large bathroom and its on laundry room.

Downstairs in the second house is a garage for the golf cart and a large NETFLIX movie theatre with 8 theatre led recliners, 150" screen, complimentary popcorn and a bathroom.

Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided. Beds come already made.

We provide enough dish soap and paper goods to get your vacation started, but the guests will be responsible for any additional dish soap, TP and trash bags

Pool hours are 8am to 9pm

The cleaning and linen fee is 350. The cost for me is over 500 for a house this size as it takes 3 cleaners 6 hours. I wanted to make it as low as possible for the guest.
