THE CONDO
Make yourself at home in a bright, open-concept penthouse with pale blue walls, coastal artwork, and blue-and-white textiles. Large sliding doors frame the ocean and lead to your private furnished balcony overlooking the shoreline and resort pools.

The living area offers comfortable seating for six and an HDTV with premium cable. Gather around the dining table for meals with an ocean view, or enjoy the kitchen’s breakfast-bar seating.

Your three-bedroom, three-bath retreat comfortably accommodates 6 guests:
• Main bedroom: king bed, private bathroom, and ocean views
• Guest bedroom 1: two double beds
• Guest bedroom 2: two double beds

Everything you need for meals and everyday comfort is close at hand:
• Full kitchen with stainless-steel electric stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher
• Drip coffee maker and Keurig, plus a toaster, blender, cooking basics, and wine glasses
• Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, and central heating
• Free in-unit washer and dryer, plus an iron with ironing board.

THE RESORT
You’ll have the entire private condo to yourself, with keypad self check-in so you can bypass the front desk. Elevator access and 2 free parking spaces in the on-site garage are included.

Your stay also includes free resort access and shared beachfront access. Shared resort facilities include:
• Indoor and outdoor pools and lazy rivers
• Indoor and outdoor hot tubs
• Sun loungers
• Fitness room/gym in the building
• Poolside bar and an on-site restaurant and bar

Shared pools and hot tubs are available year-round during specific hours, subject to the closures below. All guests may use all open pools.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ:
Starting October 12:
• Tower 1: indoor lazy river, indoor hot tub, outdoor pool, and outdoor hot tubs are open.
• Tower 3: outdoor lazy river, outdoor pool, indoor pool, and indoor hot tub are open.
• Tower 2: indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs are closed until further notice.

GETTING AROUND
Bay Watch Resort is conveniently located in North Myrtle Beach, making it easy to explore the area by car, rideshare, or even on foot.
Car: Having a car is the most convenient way to get around, especially for visiting nearby attractions like Barefoot Landing (2 miles), Tanger Outlets (3 miles), and Cherry Grove Pier (5 miles). Free on-site parking is available at the resort.
Rideshare & Taxis: Uber and Lyft are readily available for quick trips around North Myrtle Beach and beyond. Local taxi services also operate in the area.
Walking & Biking: The beach and many restaurants are within walking distance, and North Myrtle Beach is bike-friendly, with rental shops nearby.
Public Transit: Coast RTA offers bus services along the Grand Strand, though routes are limited.
Whether you`re driving, biking, or catching a ride, getting around is easy, with plenty of attractions just minutes away!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Cleaning is not available during your stay. Long-term stays are welcome, and weekly or monthly booking discounts may be available—please inquire for details.

During the offseason, after Labor Day and before Memorial Day, resorts throughout the Grand Strand may carry out maintenance, renovations, or construction. Daytime construction noise is possible, and reduced offseason rates already reflect this possibility.

- Provided Items: We provide a starter supply of essentials like kitchen dish towels (no paper towels), toilet paper, and trash bags.
- Linens and bath towels are included but limited to occupancy of the condo. Guest may use washer and dryer in the unit to refresh linens and towels during their stay. This is not refreshed by the host.
- Beach chairs and an umbrella are seasonally rented by the lifeguards.
- Items to Bring: Please bring your own beach and pool towels, as they are not provided by the host or the resort.
- Extended Stays: This condo is perfect for both short getaways and extended vacations. Discounts are available for weekly or monthly bookings. Please inquire for more details.
- Oversized vehicles will need to park in the expanded resort parking area and this is purchased through the front desk.
- No trailers, motorcycles, or RVs are allowed on the resort property.

- RENTAL AGREEMENT: The Rental Agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-refundable $55 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and eliminates the need for a security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation of your reservation. This policy helps us maintain our properties in excellent condition while also protecting you during your stay.
We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 3-bedroom 3-bathroom condo. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 6 and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Free Parking : Guests have access to free on-site parking for 2 vehicles and complimentary Vehicles over 6`6` will not fit into the parking deck and may need to park in the overflow lot that may incur nightly fees and rented out by the front desk.
