No parties or events
Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM.
Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM onward.
Smoking in the unit is subject to a $200 charge.
No pets. Unauthorized pets are subject to a $450 charge.
Additional cleaning required for excessive messes may result in a $100 charge.
Primary guest must be 25 years old to book.
Unauthorized late check-out is subject to a $75 charge, plus $25 per additional hour.
Palmetto bugs are common in Myrtle Beach. Please keep doors and windows closed to help prevent them from entering.
