Comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests, it offers a private balcony, direct shared beach access via the resort boardwalk, year-round pool and hot tub, full kitchen, Wi-Fi, self check-in, and free parking for two vehicles.

THE CONDO
Welcome to Unit 308 at A Place at the Beach – Windy Hill, a light-filled third-floor oceanfront condo with colorful coastal décor and sweeping views of the Atlantic, resort pool, and beach. Floor-to-ceiling windows brighten the living area, where a loveseat and sofa invite you to relax after a day by the water.

Enjoy coffee or an evening drink from the private balcony, furnished with raised Adirondack chairs and seating for two. The dining table seats four.

Sleeping arrangements:
• Primary suite: king bed, clothing storage, HDTV, and an en-suite bathroom with vanity and shower/tub combination
• Second bedroom: full bed, clothing storage, and HDTV
• Guest bathroom: walk-in shower in the main hallway

The condo includes central air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, HDTV with premium cable, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils. Towels, toiletries, and a starter set of essentials are provided.

Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $45 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.

THE RESORT
You will have exclusive access to the entire condo, including both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the full kitchen, and private balcony. The building also offers paid coin-operated washers and dryers.

Your stay includes free resort access to shared amenities:

Self check-in is available by keypad with your assigned door code, with no front-desk visit required. Elevators and lobby luggage carts are available for easier arrival and departure.

POTENTIAL OFFSEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the offseason (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Offseason rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.

Follow listed guest limits for comfort and safety.

Pool & Amenity Access:
Only registered guests may use resort amenities.

Parking:
Park only in designated resort areas. Parking passes must be visible at all times.

Cleanliness:
Please leave the property in a tidy condition. Excessive mess or unreported damage may result in additional cleaning fees.

Security:
Ensure doors are locked when leaving the condo. Report any issues immediately.

Rental Agreement & Damage Protection:
To help protect both our guests and property owners, we use the secure CHARGEautomation platform to complete the required rental agreement and damage protection process.
