The non-refundable Pet Fee is $150 per pet.
Please keep in mind that these homes are pet-friendly, and while we make every effort to keep them spotless and minimize pet hair for your comfort, we may occasionally miss it at times. We appreciate your understanding.

Parking is available on the premises and you can park up to 4 vehicles.

We can be a virtual guide for your vacation or be invisible. Utilize my service and knowledge as you may. We are happy to accommodate you either way!

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, and ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.


You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

**We do not provide a daily linen service.**

We provide a starter pack of amenities to our guests as follows, you may need to purchase more of these items during your stay:

Coffee products and add-ins
Paper Products (toilet paper, paper towels)

During months when there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

Pets are allowed, and we require a $150 pet fee. Please let us know if you will bring your pet with you during the stay.

Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
This is not a party house.

Trash pick up is on Thursday morning. Trash can be put outside Wednesday afternoon and needs to be brought inside Thursday before the afternoon. If it is left out at any other time, the community will find us up to $250 per infraction. It is the responsibility of the guest to follow these rules or they will incur this fine.
