Your entertainment is catered to by three flat-screen TVs, ensuring you stay connected or disconnect at your leisure. As a cherished guest, you'll enjoy complimentary onsite parking for two vehicles within the safety of the gated community.

In addition to the allure of this splendid condo, enjoy the community's amenities, including a refreshing pool, well-maintained tennis courts, and a convenient grilling area perfect for family cookouts. The property features a private walkway that leads directly to the sandy shores of the beach, providing easy access to the sun, surf, and seaside bliss.

Venturing beyond your retreat, you'll find yourself close to a vibrant array of bars, restaurants, world-class golf courses, and entertainment venues perfect for children.

This condo, located in building 3, unit D, on the second floor, promised tranquility and relaxation. As a means of preserving the serene atmosphere, motorcycles and golf carts are not permitted on the property, and our cherished community does not accommodate pets.

We have other condos located in the same complex, specifically in Building 4 unit F, Building 14 unit F and Building 13 unit D.



Guest Access:

As our guest, you have full private access to the entire two bedroom oceanfront condo located on the second floor of the building. Inside, you will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a private balcony with stunning water views. You are also welcome to utilize the community amenities throughout your stay, including the refreshing outdoor swimming pool, the well maintained tennis courts, and the designated grilling area perfect for family meals. For your convenience, we provide complimentary onsite parking for two vehicles within our secure gated community. A private walkway is available exclusively for guests and residents, providing easy and direct access to the sandy beach.

Our gated community is situated at the highest point of the area, providing unparalleled panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Hog Inlet. A quick five minute drive brings you to a variety of local dining spots where you can enjoy fresh seafood and casual beachside fare. Getting Around:

Getting to our oceanfront retreat is most convenient by car, as public transportation options in the Cherry Grove area are limited. We provide complimentary onsite parking for two vehicles within our secure, gated community for your convenience. Please note that for the comfort of all residents, motorcycles and golf carts are not permitted on the premises. If you are flying in, the Myrtle Beach International Airport is approximately a forty minute drive from our location. We recommend arranging a rental car or using local ride sharing services to best explore the surrounding North Myrtle Beach area and its many attractions.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please note that check-in begins at 16:00 and check-out is required by 10:00. This is a gated community and we provide complimentary onsite parking for a maximum of two vehicles. In accordance with homeowner association rules, pets are strictly prohibited on the premises. Additionally, the use of motorcycles and golf carts is not permitted anywhere within the community. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the peaceful atmosphere of our oceanfront retreat.



Interaction with Guests:

Getting around North Myrtle Beach is easiest by car, which allows you the flexibility to explore the surrounding coastal area at your own pace. We provide complimentary onsite parking for up to two vehicles within our secure gated community for your convenience. Please note that for the comfort of our residents, motorcycles and golf carts are not permitted on the property. For those arriving by air, the Myrtle Beach International Airport is approximately a thirty to forty minute drive from our location. While public transportation options in the immediate Cherry Grove area are limited, ride sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout North Myrtle Beach to help you navigate to local attractions, golf courses, and dining venues.
