« Great place to stay. The bad news is that the location and outside appearance is disarming and makes you fear that you will be very disappointed. However, when the open the door you will be delighted at the cleanliness and good condition everything is in. It is far more spacious that I expected. and an unbelievable bargain. The only place to stay while in north Miami. »

« The apartment was clean and nice, kitchen and forniture are updated. However the building is in very poor conditions, dirty, smelly, old. Would not recommend to stay here. »
