« The place is nice and quiet and very clean. The house itself is very unique in style considering it's an old house. The staff are accomodating, helpful and friendly. The only problem is the parking space, its like first in, last out or the other driver has to move his car if you're at the back and need to come out ahead of them. Otherwise, all in all, the place is ok. »

« Staff were helpful, unique accommodation »

« Our experience was unique as the day we arrived Baguio City was under a typhoon and there were many problems around the city with downed trees and power outages. The owner met us at the property and explained the situation, what we needed to know about the facility, and that he would be working to make sure we were safe and had water. We didnt have any power until our last day there. Because we were visiting friends, we stayed anyway. The owner took great care of us! The townhome and bedrooms...

« Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einfache Hotel ist in ein sehr guten Zustand. Gemeinsames Aufenthaltsraum und Küche ist sehr sauber. Zentrale Lage in Santa Maria, Ilocos Sur. Das Hotel ist in 1. Stock, deswegen nicht geeignet für Leute die mit Gehbehinderung. »

« L’hôtel est très sale , des toiles d’araignées partout , une odeur de chien odeur pendant qu’on mange ( car 4 chiens dans l’établissement ) , impossible de dormir car ils aboient sans cesse, douche commune et toilette très sale, repas immangeable et cher en plus de ça , très très déçus.. »

« This is one of the most unsanitary places I’ve been in. The toilet looked unclean and the bed had a few critters on them. It had lack of electricity (no microwave, bad wifi service unless you’re on the second level). There was another resort beside us which had all necessities. Would be better to book a stay there. »

« The location is close to the port going to hundred islands. The accordion type bathroom door in our room is an afterthought in design and usefulness. Your knees touches the door when you sit on the bowl. »

The owner, is quite strange regarding our booking schedule payment. They are charging us in cash while we already paid it in full using the credit card. That's the only thing it seems weird to me. « Avoid avoid avoid. I stayed here for 1 night with my wife, 2 kids and old man. The next morning the electricity and water was out. Perfect, if you like the "I've been sweating all day and all night" look and smell. To make matters worse the air-conditioning was weak and failed to keep the room cool, it's undersized for the room. Stay elsewhere. »

« We felt very welcome here. At arrival we were offered a nice cup of cofee and a good talk. Fine clean room with good beds. Nice sitting room with open fireplace. We ordered breakfast next morning and it was very good. Only thing we did not like was that the room was rather cold in the evening and night. »

« Alvin was our host for one of the units at this property. He was very responsive and attentive. The unit was very clean and tidy. We were a party of 9 and 1 child. There was a great view of the city as well. I recommend staying here. »

« Seemed like a home as opposed to a hotel. It was very nice having the kitchen to make hot meals instead of eating in a restaurant. Hostess was very kind and made sure we felt welcomed and that are needs were taken care of. I would definitely stay there again when in Baguio. »
