« Had a great stay beautiful home, only complaint was that every bed in the house had dog hair on it so we had to wash the blankets . Other than that it was a nice stay. Quiet neighborhood daytime and at night. I would definitely book again. »

« The house was very conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood near shops and easy access to Northstar and Palisades. It was very clean, cozy, and well-appointed, and we had a very relaxing stay. The neighbors were very friendly and approachable. Our kids enjoyed playing with the neighborhood kids. The surroundings were perfect for walking our dogs, and we encountered several other friendly dogs. We would like to stay here again. »

« Great townhouse condo in Kings beach. 2 min drive to beach and 10 mins to Northstar. The place is large and has all the details you look for in a rental. This place was great for our family of 6. The older boys stayed in the loft and the two large bedrooms downstairs were great. Would stay again. Easy access to rhe condo from parking. »

« Great location, convenient to everything. We parked our rental car when we arrived and didn't start it up again until we left 5 days later. There was a Sunday concert on the Commons Beach and the host conveniently has folding chairs to use. We'll be back next year! »

« We had a fabulous family reunion in this house which had the perfect number of bedrooms and allowed our family pet. Every family member or couple got their own bedroom because there are 11 bedrooms! Very special property to have this capacity. Beautiful views of the Carson City valley area from the common area and many bedrooms. The common area on the top floor was a great gathering place. « We stayed over Christmas 2024 and this was the perfect vacation spot. The view is post card quality, better than the pictures show. Parking was not a issue, but the lot did fill up by night. The interior was updated and comfortable. The fireplace did not work, but it was noted in the original listing. There was an electric fireplace under the TV, which gave a wintertime cozy feel. The chairlift was a close drive away, not quite a comfortable walkable distance in ski boots. Check in / out...
