The Space:
The rate is based on double occupancy. An extra fee applies for extra guests up to six people(max occupancy), including children and infants. We have found that any extra person adds additional wear on the space and other costs.
We provide starter coffee and tea supplies for your stay.
Parking is provided for ONE vehicle, please plan accordingly.
Charcoal and supplies are not provided for the bbq

Guest Access:
You have private access to a two bedroom, one bath unit with a full private kitchen and living room. Please note that for parties of 2 or fewer you will only have access to one bedroom.

PLEASE NOTE: Hot Tub is available for use 24/7 but please know that the hot tub servicer will stop by at some point between at 10AM and 4PM on Tuesday and Friday to service the hot tub.


*This listing is based on double occupancy, meaning there is a fee for each guest beyond 2 people. Day visitors are not allowed so every person on the property at any time must be on your reservation.
* Early checkin and Late check out MUST be a arranged in advance and WILL COME WITH A CHARGE. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check in or check out time.

*please note that some roads from the east, such as tioga pass and glacier point are closed October through June

The Neighborhood:
This house is located on a beautiful 3 acre property surrounded by large and beautiful pine trees. We are about an 8 minute drive to Bass Lake and neighbors are few and far between, but sound does travel in the mountains, so please be mindful of noise.

Getting Around:
You will need a car to get around.

Other Things to Note:
The thermostat is set to maximum and minimum temps depending on the season. Should you need to adjust outside these temps there are additional fees

Please request porta crib in advance of your stay, so that we can make sure one is available in your unit for checking.

Charcoal for the grill is not provided. While we try to keep salt, pepper and oil stocked for your convenience, it is not guaranteed.

Early checkin/late checkout must be arranged in advance(with additional fees)

Please note that the hot tub is serviced sometime between 10AM and 5PM on Monday and Thursday.

We are unable to allow pets/service animals as we have a family member whom regularly uses the home and has an extreme allergy. We charge a $500 fee for undisclosed pets/service animals to ensure the safety of our family member.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not alter our cancellation policy for instances of rain, snow, smoke from fires or closures to the national park. Please purchase your travel insurance accordingly.

Interaction with Guests:
We live about 25 minutes away and can usually be available in an emergency. The best way to contact us is by messaging us. Please reserve phone calls for emergencies. Please also know that we may not answer a message or phone call in the middle of the night.
