The fully furnished second floor apartment in the historic Warren/Joseph Nye Double House has a private entrance, full kitchen, sitting room and cozy bedroom with a adjoining bath. A private garden area for the unit is included. Nearby are beautiful beaches, amazing restaurants and the Shining Sea bikeway all within walking distance.

The Warren/Joseph Nye Double House is a mixed use building including four apartments and the owner's Law Office. The owners also live in the building. The property is set on over an acre of land. Your "garden" area is for your use only but is adjacent to parts of the property used by other occupants. We are a super friendly group that enjoy meeting new people, however, your privacy will be observed by all. Like many homes built over 200 years ago modernization is a challenge. The bathroom does not have a tub but only a shower, sink and toilet. The bedroom is charming but has a sloped ceiling and "creative closet". In short, the apartment may not be every person's cup of tea but for many it is considered truly magical. We previously hosted this apartment and every person who spent time with us was sad to leave.
