« Nice and simple. Made the booking, received instructions, everything was as stated. Good points: Had a well lit sign so you knew you were there, good parking, exterior lighting for a dark rainy arrival/departure. Quite overall location, spacious room, VERY well supplied (someone has been busy planning or listening) well heated so dry and warm and cosy. Good comfortable bed, good nights sleep, choice of pillows. All in all worth a second visit. Thank you. »

« A family of 5, we were given a very small 2 bed caravan, 1 double 1 twin room The third bed was in the seating area which was broken. The bed was stuck as someone had bent the metal bars so we couldn’t use it. My daughter had to sleep on a made up bed on the floor as the park was ‘full’ and nothing else was available. The caravan was lacking basic equipment, no frying pan or tin opener (it states fully equipped) and parts of the caravan had holes in the wall The park facilities aren’t great, no...

" On the first night, we had a fire alarm at 3 a.m. It took the night auditor 30 minutes to turn it off. No complimentary gesture or apology was offered. The hotel is outdated for a 4-star property. The bathroom silicone is moldy, the carpet is stained and needs a deep clean, and the room was very dusty. The reception staff were not helpful, the phone was not working in a room so hard to get the reception.. and when the shower temperature kept going from very hot to very cold. Coffee and tea were not refilled, which is disappointing for a 4-star hotel where better service and cleanliness are expected."
