« I spent a wonderful month in this flat. Not only did it correspond exactly to the information given on the website, but it was much nicer and more spacious than the photos suggested. The neighbourhood is pleasant, very close to the city centre, and the building is quiet. The owner is an extremely pleasant and helpful person. I would recommend it 100%. »

« We had a couple of problems during our stay. Our hosts were on holiday in a rrmote part of the country so communication could be delayed because of poor mobile connection. However they curtailed their holiday and rectified matters as soon as they were able. I would certainly stay there again as The sawmill is very centraal, shops nearby and close to transport hubs. Highly recommmended despite the problems we had. »

« Really enjoyed the stay, the yurt was great and the spa sort of expensive but at the same time where else gives you full ownership of a spa for 3 hours? " On the first night, we had a fire alarm at 3 a.m. It took the night auditor 30 minutes to turn it off. No complimentary gesture or apology was offered. The hotel is outdated for a 4-star property. The bathroom silicone is moldy, the carpet is stained and needs a deep clean, and the room was very dusty. The reception staff were not helpful, the phone was not working in a room so hard to get the reception.. and when the shower temperature kept going from very hot to very cold. Coffee and tea were not refilled, which is disappointing for a 4-star hotel where better service and cleanliness are expected."
