Newly Renovated Lakefront Retreat w/ Unbeatable Lake Erie Views & Private Beach.

Welcome to our newly renovated lakefront cottage, completed in June of 2025. This charming retreat blends modern comfort with serene lake views, making it the perfect getaway for families, couples, or friends looking to relax and reconnect.

The cottage features three comfortable bedrooms with a total of four queen beds, providing restful accommodations for your group. It can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests, but we allow reservations for up to 10 guests to accommodate families or larger groups. You’ll have two full bathrooms, including one with a bathtub, making it easy for everyone to refresh after a day of adventure.

The bright, open living area includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining space, perfect for enjoying meals together while taking in beautiful views of Lake Erie. The cozy lounge area offers a smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi for your entertainment and convenience.

The sunroom is surrounded by large windows that let in abundant natural light while offering beautiful sweeping views of Lake Erie. It’s the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee, enjoy a good book in the afternoon, or unwind in the evening while taking in the sunset. The sunroom also provides additional seating and a relaxing space for conversation or quiet reflection during your stay.

During your stay, enjoy all that North East, PA has to offer. Spend your days touring local wineries, relaxing on nearby Lake Erie beaches, or biking along scenic country roads. Discover the charm of downtown North East, where you can explore local shops, cafés, and restaurants. The area also offers excellent boating and fishing opportunities, allowing you to fully embrace the lakeside lifestyle right from your doorstep.

Beachfront: Guests have full access to the Orchard Beach Park Association private beach which is a few minutes walk to the east of the cottage. We’ve provided four beach chairs so you can relax and enjoy your time by the water.

Kayaks: To help you make the most of your time on the lake, we provide two kayaks and adult life jackets.

Parking: The property sits directly on the lake, so parking is limited. One vehicle is allowed to park at the cottage at all times. A small car or SUV can park underneath the deck, while a larger vehicle can park in front of it. The driveway to the east belongs to the neighbors property.
For additional parking, there are two spacious parking areas just a short walk from the cottage. A parking map will be provided to all guests for easy reference.

House/Outdoor: Our guests are welcome to enjoy the entire house and the outdoor patio area. Behind the house, you’ll find a small backyard and garden space, complete with a gas grill for outdoor cooking.

The cottage’s living areas are located on the second and third floors and are accessible only by stairs. Guests should be comfortable climbing stairs, as the spaces are not suitable for those with mobility limitations.

The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials, including spices, a six-burner stove, dishwasher, microwave, and a coffee pot with starter coffee provided to begin your mornings. We also provide beach towels, fresh linens, bath towels, toilet paper, and paper towels. A washer and dryer are available for your use during your stay, making it easy to refresh items as needed.
