« Cozy cottage!! Definitly a place to relax and rest! Very clean with almost everything you need to cook inside or out. I love to cook on an open fire! This cottage even had a grate to go over the fire, even though we didn't find it until our last night there... lol. »

« The cabin is exactly as described in the listing - it is very clean, welcoming, and tastefully decorated! Although we visited the town's public beach one day, we did appreciate having a private area on the beach. The host was great with communication. There is plenty to do in the area - our family went Horseback riding at Circle B Ranch, rail biking riding in North Creek, and took a summer ski lift ride up Gore Mountain. We also visited the farmer's market in Chestertown. Our family is from...

« Very nice accommodation. Three adults and a dog had plenty of room. Loved the covered and uncovered decks. Great views. Kitchen has everything you need, except food/ beverages. I definitely recommend it. »

« Property and photos as advertised. Owner kept in contact to ensure all was ok. Cabin/house clean, air conditioned. Proximity to marina named Hulett Landing was good. Marina had basic essentials. Would recommend this cabin and stay there again. »

« We really enjoyed our stay and the views were awesome. We’ve been vacationing in the Adirondack Mountains for many years but didn’t know that Birchwood Cottages was a place that you could stay. We’ve always stayed at the Maple Leaf up in Schroon Lake. We now plan to make Loon Lake a yearly thing. »

« Arrived around 5 on Saturday. Great location. Once I figured out how to open key holder, we moved in. We enjoyed our cabin, found the information folders helpful. We had a nice fire and enjoyed our stay. Our suggestions for improvement. The light in the main room was very bright. A dimmer light switch would have been appreciated. Would like to have had a reading light on both sides of the bed. »

« Wonderful location overlooking lake. Almost everything one could need is there, only recommendation would be to have iron and ironing board in the cottage. Otherwise 5* plus excellent communication from owner. Even the cleaner was lovely. Highly recommended property. »

« The house is the perfect combination of woodsy and modern. Most of the wooden furniture has been beautifully hand made with creative design. The high celings in the main family room are also made of gorgeous wood. There is a real fireplace that we unfortunately did not use because it was too warm. Comfy leather recliners and a 75 inch TV. The kitchen is open to the main room with a peninsula to sit at with stools. Modern appliances, all the kitchen ware you could possibly need, clean and new....
