Communication before was great. Check in was easy and available several hours early. House was the perfect size for myself, my husband, my parents, and 3 teens. Location was nice, quiet, and close to all the things we wanted to do. Kids enjoyed having the basement space to themselves, especially the TV, and their own bathroom. A bit disappointed that there wasn’t a ping pong table like the pictures show. Kitchen, living room, and deck were a bit dated but comfortable. Loved having 3 full bathrooms! Although one of my kids wanted a little privacy and was hoping to have the loft to themself, we didn’t end up using the loft because the bed felt damp and the room was freezing! The only AC unit in the house was in the loft so to keep the first two floors cool, the air had to make it was down from the third floor! Thankfully the house is shaded so it stayed pretty comfortable although it was hot sleeping in the second floor bedrooms with just fans. The AC didn’t do a great job keeping those rooms cool. Bath towels and a single dish towel were provided. If you like to use hand towels or wash cloths, you’ll need to bring your own! (Bathrooms did have paper hand towels but seemed a bit wasteful.) Overall, it was comfortable for us and having 3 bathrooms was great. Wish I had known the only AC was in the loft (tough on my elderly parents) and that there were not more towels!
