When you’re not out on the mountain, rest days are very much encouraged here at the Kearsarge Brook Condos. Go for a few leisurely laps around the heated pool or take a soak in the attached hot tub.

There's elevator service up to the 4th floor where you can kick back in your private 1,400-square-foot alpine slopeside abode. This vacation unit is distinguished by its cathedral & vaulted ceilings, large windows with expansive views of the ski slopes of Cranmore Mtn, and many detailed, custom features throughout!!

You can make yourself comfortable in front of the gas floor-to-ceiling fireplace and flat-screen smart TV in the living area, or retreat to the master bedroom to watch a show from under the covers of your plush king-sized bed. The master suite also boasts a full en-suite bathroom with a Whirlpool tub.

Dinnertime is effortless with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal, along with a variety of restaurants downtown mere minutes away! For a real treat, end the evening on your private balcony, offering spectacular views of Cranmore Mountain!

THE LOCATION

Alpine adventures are never too far from this slopeside condo at the base of Cranmore Mountain Resort. Enjoy ski-in/ski-out access in the winter, along with hiking trails and the Aerial Adventure Park in the warmer months. For a change of scenery, Attitash Mountain Resort and Wildcat Mountain are within 20 miles or less of your vacation rental.

For even more fun-filled activities, you can visit Echo Lake Park, an easy 8-minute trip from the condo. You can lace up your hiking boots to get out on the trails or get out on the water with a canoe or kayak. Other must-see outdoor attractions include Mount Washington and the White Mountains, along with the scenic Kancamagus Highway, Diana’s Bath, and Cathedral Ledge.

We had a fantastic stay in the penthouse. The accommodations were clean and well appointed. Katherine was extremely proactive and helpful in her communications. Though we have stayed at Cranmore several times, this was our first time staying slope side and there's no going back! It was so much fun to watch our children from the room as they took lessons. We have already booked our next visit!

This condo is beautiful and modern and exceptionally clean. It was a good location for our mountain adventures. Building is secure and well maintained. Access to the pool/hot tub/gym is a plus. I gave 4 stars for communication with property owner because I didn't receive a response from a VRBO message about a week prior to check in. (It was a question about the coffee maker - drip vs Keurig. I wanted to know what kind of coffee to bring. FYI it's a drip coffee maker with a reusable filter). I gave 3 stars for the overall for three reasons:1- I found the great room couch to be very uncomfortable. It has a straight back that doesn't 'give' and the fabric is rough and scratchy like burlap. I was itching from it. 2 - The wall mount TV is above the fireplace, so it's very high. While aesthetically pleasing, it's not practical. My husband and I had stiff necks from looking up to watch TV. 3- Property owner wants shoes off in the condo. I understand this is for cleanliness and respected her wishes, however not everyone can go barefoot because of foot / medical issues (hello, any diabetics out there?). We did wear clean slippers to comply with the owner's request, I just wish this was noted in the description prior to reserving the condo because I would've chosen another place.

What a wonderful stay. The property is absolutely beautiful and you can’t beat the location. Communication with Katherine was great. Would rent here again in a heartbeat. Amazing experience

The condo is amazing! My family and I loved everything about this place. It was a good size for a family of four and we could have comfortably fit a few more guests if we wanted. I’ve never stayed in a ski on/off and the convenience can’t be overstated. Not having to load up the car, battle for parking and fight for space in the lodge makes skiing so much more enjoyable! The owner was a pleasure to work with and was super responsive to questions. I would certainly recommend and can’t wait to stay again!
