This is a professionally managed vacation rental. It is our utmost aim to provide you with the best experience from start to finish and even beyond your stay with us. Please don`t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions during your stay or if there is anything we can do to make your vacation more comfortable or enjoyable.

You need to be 25 or older to book this property.
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcomed but we prefer you keep them on the main level.
Please remove shoes and ski equipment and leave in the entryway.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use.
Parking on the driveway for up to 3 cars only.
Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance.

We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard.

The hot tub is professionally maintained and is treated and tested before and after each reservation.

Cooling: Window units in the king and queen bedrooms—provided from May 1st through September 30th.


The top bunk is for children only.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and we do charge $25 per hour for this service.
The first hour for early check-in request is complimentary (subject to availability), but any additional hours will be charged at that rate.
Up to two well-behaved dogs are allowed. Please clean up after them outside with the provided supplies and do not leave them unattended for long periods of time.
