« I had to call the police on them. They refused to give me my room key even though I paid the deposit paid for the room and everything. They are very rude and disrespectful. My mom would come over in the morning just to say hi and they would be like you’re not allowed to have any gift on the property or are you paying for that person? Just very rude and disrespectful no good customer service from the time we walked in until the time we walked out. »

« Our second great stay with Teresa and Addison. This is the best place to stay in NE Columbus. Quiet street, very comfortable accommodation and super friendly hosts. Clean and cozy; great having our coffee in front of the fireplace each morning. »

« The power was out at the hotel, but the front desk manager did an amazing job getting our group and another group into our rooms. He was running all over the hotel making sure rooms were vacant and clean then letting us into the rooms with his master key. That guy deserves a raise or a bonus! I can't really comment on the cleanliness, amentities or anything else because we couldn't see anything without a flashlight, but it seemed like a well kept hotel. »

« The beds seemed clean and the pillows were fluffy. Those were the only good things. There was hair in my shower. A lot of hair. One of the folded towels had hair dangling from it. There were what I think were garlic skins in the fridge. There was a dusty broken fork on the floor. Everything was scuffed and dirty.
