« The location and availability were so good for our trip. The bed was extremely comfortable. We struggled with the darkness, lack of lighting arriving around 9pm to find where to park. The 'block out blinds were extremely worn allowing the light in, like a sparkly pattern due to the perished rubber backing. It would be helpful to address the lighting of the property and worn curtains for a more favourable review. Perhaps as it was a little overpriced. »

« The couple running the place were helpful with any requests such as towels etc. The room itself is very small with an air conditioning unit that is set to arctic with no ability to change the temperature, the shower has no closure so the small bathroom is wet and the floor gets dirty very easily with no way to clean it (possibly may have been dirty to start with) Location is great, right next to the main street »

« The positive first: A very nice and helpful lady is the keeper of the place. Unfortunately the negative is heavy. Everything is very old, the room is small, the mattress is terrible, the tiny bathroom is smelly and a major noisy road passes 100 meters away. The breakfast is not on site but in a coffee shop on the other side of the busy road. I booked far ahead of our trip to Australia and paid 260 AUD per night, more than I paid in 4 star hotels in downtown Sydney or Melbourne. This is a...
