- Deck: Outdoor space with dining table that seats 6-8 guests, and lounge area ideal for morning coffee, dining, and relaxing.
- Outdoor Amenities: Grill and outdoor shower available for guest use.
- Driveway: Note, the driveway can only accommodate 3 cars maximum.

This home is located within a private association. Association amenities and common areas, including the pool, tennis courts, and dock, are strictly off-limits to rental guests.

Guests may not visit, enter, or access the association dock or dock area at any time. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting the association's rules and our neighbors.

- 7-night minimum stay required
- Maximum occupancy is 6 guests at all times
- Maximum of 3 vehicles may be parked in the driveway at any time
- No events, parties, or gatherings
- No bachelor or bachelorette parties
- No smoking
- Quiet hours are 10pm–8am
- Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum and be considerate of our neighbors at all times
- This is a private family home in a residential community; disruptive behavior or excessive noise is not permitted
- Association amenities and common areas, including the pool, tennis courts, and dock, are not available to rental guests
- Rental guests are strictly prohibited from visiting or accessing the association dock or dock area
- No food or drink on the ping pong table

To help us maintain a safe and respectful environment for our home and neighbors, the details shared about your stay — including guest count, who you are traveling with, and the purpose of your trip — must accurately reflect your reservation. The maximum occupancy of six guests applies at all times, and additional visitors or gatherings are not permitted without prior written approval. Exterior security cameras are in use to verify arrivals and occupancy. Unauthorized guests or misrepresentation of reservation details may result in cancellation of the reservation and removal from the property.
