The Cavalier | Walk to Park Circle!

The Space: Welcome to The Cavalier! This beautiful new home in charming Park Circle is perfect for small groups and can accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Step into the bright open living space that encompasses the entire first floor of the home. The open living, dining and fully equipped kitchen are perfect for entertaining groups, with a large comfortable U-shaped sofa inviting you to kick back and relax. The dining table can seat up to six people, with four additional stools at the kitchen island. Outside, you’ll find a gas grill as well as two off-street parking spaces. Parking lot is for apartment guests only.

Upstairs, the primary suite includes a king-sized bed, workspace with monitor & HDMI hookup and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and large walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a comfortable king-sized bed and a Jack and Jill shared bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. The final bedroom offers a queen-sized bed as well as direct access to the shared connecting bathroom.

Computer desk upstairs now has a wired keyboard & mouse that are compatible with both Mac and PC

Nearby are all the best restaurants, cafes and breweries of Park Circle - just a three-minute drive away!
Guest Access: All guests staying with Stay Duvet have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston for a fee.

This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis
offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the
peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and/or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.

Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.

This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of North Charleston's Ordinance rules.

Alteration Policy: Any change of dates or cancellation of any nights of the original reservation will not be approved within 60 days or arrival.

Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting.

Kitchen had good cooking utensils for easy meals. Living room was nice size with plenty of seating for family. The beds were very comfortable. The area was quiet. It was an easy drive to sightseeing and restaurants. The management company provided good information on the area and property and was easy to communicate with. We were very happy with our stay.

Great place! The house had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully supplied and living room furniture was very comfortable for all 5 of us. A/C worked beautifully! Super clean and a great location to everything. It was only 18 min to historic downtown Charleston. If seafood is what you’re wanting the best place hands down is Hyman’s Seafood. Some of the must do’s on our list other than historic downtown are Sullivan’s Island (great shopping, restaurants, and beach), Boone Hall plantation, and Beaufort SC. Our favorite thing to do in Beaufort was driving through the historic subdivision and seeing so many beautiful historic homes in one location. If you’re wanting to see and do things around historic downtown you can’t beat this location.
