« Overall we had a great time at Ivan's villa. The villa itself is fairly basic, but the place was clean and comfortable. But, we weren't there for the villa. The beach is amazing and was basically deserted while we were there, 3.5 miles of beach and maybe 50-100 people in sight each day. The villa is just steps from this amazing beach and blue water and is also located a short walk from a convenience store, liquor store, and Cafe Florence and those amazing cinnamon buns. The ocean is literally out the back door. The location is convenient. It is very near the restaurants and walking distance to the grocery store.
