Villa 38 is a modern coastal escape set within the South Shores resort - a place designed for easy living, long afternoons, and relaxed time away with family or friends.

Perfectly positioned close to the main pool and boardwalk to the beach, this villa offers the best of both worlds - resort convenience with a private, elevated feel.

It’s a home made for slowing down, connecting, and enjoying everything the Fleurieu coast has to offer.

Villa 38 is designed for social, open-plan living upstairs, with bedrooms privately positioned on the lower level.

Upstairs, the kitchen, dining and lounge area is light-filled and spacious, flowing seamlessly out to a balcony with outdoor seating and BBQ facilities. It’s the ideal setting for shared meals, sunset drinks, or slow mornings with coffee as you look out over the resort surrounds and distant dunes.

This level also includes a convenient powder room and laundry, making longer stays easy and comfortable.

Downstairs, all three bedrooms offer a quiet retreat away from the main living space. The master bedroom features a queen bed, TV, ensuite access, and its own verandah outlook toward the sand dunes - a peaceful place to wake up and ease into the day.

Bedroom two also includes a queen bed, while bedroom three features a tri-bunk, making the villa well suited to families or groups. A central bathroom services this level.

Basic kitchen amenities are provided, as well as bathroom products. Our local Foodland is a 2min drive away and has everything you`ll need!

~ Quiet time is between 9pm and 9am, no loud music or voices at any times. Please respect our wonderful neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after sunset to maintain the peaceful atmosphere.

~ Please follow all community rules within the village, pool rules, car directions and speed restrictions.

~ No pets allowed.

~ This home is smoke free, no smoking of any kind is allowed on the property.
