Comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests across four spacious bedrooms, this charming beach retreat offers plenty of room to spread out, unwind, and enjoy the laid-back lifestyle that makes Normanville so special.
The large, fully fenced backyard is perfect for children and pets, while the spacious outdoor entertaining area provides the ideal setting for long lunches, family barbecues, and evenings under the stars.

The location is hard to beat. Just a short stroll along Jetty Road will take you to one of South Australia's most beautiful beaches, cafes and new popular Normanville Surf Club! Whether you're planning a relaxing weekend away or an extended beach holiday, The Anchorage would love to welcome you.

Step inside and instantly feel at home. Easy-care timber floors and tiled areas flow throughout the property, complemented by a delightful nautical theme featuring treasured maritime collectibles and beautiful local artwork gathered over the years.

At the rear of the property, you will find the open-plan kitchen and dining area, which is bright and modern, the fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine along with ample bench space, and a breakfast bar perfect for casual meals and morning coffee.
The kitchen overlooks the home's standout feature — a fantastic paved outdoor undercover entertaining area designed for gathering together, Enjoy outdoor dining around the large table, or make use of the outdoor kitchen complete with a cooktop, bbq, dishwasher and sink.

The living area sits at the heart of the home and is the perfect place to gather, relax and reconnect after a day at the beach. Sink into the comfortable lounges with a good book, curl up by the cosy combustion fire during the cooler months, or settle in for a movie night.

The backyard is the ideal spot for kids to kick a ball around and have a game of cricket or table tennis, your pets are also welcome to join in.

Sadly no Wifi, however there is consistent 4G phone coverage at the property and across the wider Normanville area. While we appreciate this might not suit everyone, we find it a welcome break from our screens and a chance to relax and enjoy all that the house and the beach has to offer.

Guests are to bring sheets & towels or hire linen packages from Fleurieu Accommodation Normanville
Doonas, covers, pillows, and mattress protectors are provided.
