« If you are looking for a hunting or fishing cabin, this is your place. If you are looking for more than a rustic cabin with very few amenities (we had to buy pots, pans and a spatula to cook Christmas dinner) then don’t stay here. The hosts were very nice and responsive. The yard is quite large with a beautiful Magnolia. »

« What a great place! I travel a lot, I book a lot of properties for my family and friends so I have expectations when I travel. This place was great! It’s an old house and a very short walk to the Lynchburg Square and the Jack Daniel Distillery. Literally walk down the driveway and cross over the street and them walk across a small walking bridge over a creek and on the other side you are in the square by Barrel House BBQ. « Location was perfect for our trip. We there for a deer hunting trip at AEDC WMA . The house was clean and was equipped with everything we needed. Private street with lots of wildlife and privacy. Communication during the entire process was quick and simple. The house felt larger and more roomy than expected. Overall great experience and will definitely stay again! »

« Property inside was comfortable and well maintained. The neighborhood is average, and was reasonably quiet, even on a holiday weekend. The kitchen is generously stocked with dishes and utensils. The portable AC unit on the porch/sunroom was helpful on those stuffy mornings. Outside the yard was well kept, but the bushes and flowers were a bit overgrown. Owner acknowledged it was an ongoing work in progress. Overall, a very pleasant stay. We’ve stayed here twice now, and would consider it...
