Freshly updated and designed for comfort, this bright 2-bedroom, 2.5‑bath condo sits in the heart of Virginia Beach's lively Resort Area—just two blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Guests love the convenience of being able to stroll to the ocean, explore the nearby restaurants and shops, and enjoy quick access to major attractions like the Virginia Beach Sports Center, Convention Center, and the exciting new Atlantic Park/Dome entertainment district.

Inside, the home has been thoughtfully refreshed with a clean coastal style. Both en‑suite bathrooms have been fully remodeled—one with a sleek glass walk‑in shower and modern tilework, the other with a high‑quality tub/shower combo and all‑new finishes. Fresh paint, updated foyer carpet, and curated décor give the entire space a crisp, modern feel that's perfect for a relaxing beach getaway.

Neat and clean and in a great location, this townhouse was perfect for our family of 5. We had evening walks to get ice cream, early morning sunrises and plenty of time at the beach. The condition of the property was great. The beds were comfy and each room had a nice recently renovated bathroom. There's also a half bath on the main floor. It's a vertical home with stairs. The ground floor has a small entry and stairs. Up on the main floor there is a nice size living dining room with comfy furniture and a table large enough for 8. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes we needed. I would have liked a couple more cleaning towels as they only provided two small cotton towels and a sponge. On the top floor are the bedrooms and laundry area. The washer and dryer were essential and worked well. They provided laundry detergent, hand soap, and dishwasher soap and a few rolls of paper product. My only complaint was that there is an additional rental charge for bedding for the hide a beds, for more bath towels, and for beach towels. Most bnbs seem to included those items without charge. It is great for a family with teens. It might not be the best choice for people who are not confident on stairs such as an older person or a crawling toddler. I would definitely return to this bnb as it was in such a good location and was in great condition.

Comfortable stay!

We had a nice time at the property. It's location is perfect and despite being so close to the ocean front - it was nice and quiet. The property wasn't as clean as we'd have hoped. We had to do a once over ourselves. Particularly the bathrooms. There was no soap - all just filled with a bit of water at the bottom & no dishwasher tablets. Usually there's one or two. As mentioned in other reviews - there is quite a strong smell of mould/ damp. I think this will need to be addressed. Other than the minor issues mentioned - we had a good time! The location is great and the space itself is lovely and big. Perfect for our little family.

Great Beach Stay

We stayed at this property for one week during a softball tournament. It was our first time to VA Beach and we found the location perfect. This is very close to the beach, stores, and anything you could need. The condo was clean and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to VA beach.

Perfect Location! A couple concerns.

We we're very satisfied with our stay. There were a couple hang ups. I don’t believe it was clearly stated that notice had to be given to get sheets for the sofa bed. This is the first time I've rented an air b&b where this was an issue and we've rented many. I had to contact management to get the sheets but they did have them delivered next day. The biggest issue was the leaking ceiling in one of the bedrooms. I understand it was from the rain but i truly believe it happened prior to our stay but wasn't repaired due to the amount of bookings. There was noticeable water damage on the ceiling. That was an inconvenience because we had to wake-up early for maintenance to come look at the issue twice. We were here for a dance competition and had a late night the night before so that was inconvenient. The second time we had rain and the ceiling leaked there was so much water everything was wet and we couldn't use that bathroom for the day. Would we rent this property again, definitely! The pros outweighed the cons.

Fabulous location, but lots of stairs

We stayed for a week in mid-June. The proximity to the oceanfront was terrific, and it was surprisingly quiet being so close - but that may be different during peak season. You have to walk up a full flight of stairs from the vestibule to the common area, and then another flight of stairs to the bedrooms. This wasn’t so great for our family member that has arthritic knees. There were some cosmetic repairs needed and one closet door was off its track. I was surprised that the place wasn’t childproofed and had so many breakable items around - so we decided not to have the toddlers in the family come by at all. So while we recommend the place for able-bodied, responsible people; we would not recommend for families with younger kids, or those who may be accident-prone, or anyone that might not do well with so many stairs.

Great location, needs some attention

The property was in a great location and just as described. It’s cute and comfortable and had everything as advertised. It is in need of a deep cleaning and some maintenance on the details, like the tp holder in the half bath swivels and the seat won’t stay up for the guys. It also smells a little moldy when you first walk in so that should be checked out. The garage/hangout room is probably great if you have teens. We would have preferred to use it as a garage so we didn’t have to pay for parking for our 2nd car, since only one fits in the driveway. There is a parking garage across the street for $15/day. The property garage is also overrun by spiders, so might want to check in with the pest control company. Listing does say there’s no beach equipment and you can rent some from them but that would be a great addition to include in the rental. Overall, I would recommend staying there, and recommend to the owners to spend a little bit of time and take it to the 5-star level. It won’t take much to get there!

Great location, needs cleaning

This home is in a great location and the beds were super comfortable. The home as so much potential, but is in need of a good cleaning, mats and rugs included. The amount of dead bugs, webs, dust, and hair were astronomical. The garage area looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in years. We couldn’t utilize that area. There were hairs in the tubs, around the toilet, on the floors, on the towels and wash cloths. The tubs were dirty and needs to be updated. The home is really cute and decorated nicely, but needs updating. I couldn’t open the blind in the kitchen because the turner was missing, there were a ton of dishes in the dishwasher on arrival, also with the one tv in the house, we couldn’t get it to work correctly. Overall the stay was okay, but I wouldn’t come back.

Rescheduled trip

Owners would not let us reschedule our dates after the Neptune Festival was canceled due to Hurricane Ion coming through. We wanted to reschedule for next year’s and they made us use the booking by the end of this year. Lots of negative things about the house from worn-in stained rugs, poor yellowish lighting-no LED or living room lamps to the incredible horrible noise all day long because the house is located along the flight path of fighter jets doing military drills. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!
