This 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment is situated directly on the beach of the

beautiful Chesapeake Bay. Yes we are Pet Friendly!



Just walk out the door, walk down the path and across the dunes to the

fabulous calm (sometimes) waters of the bay.



We feature a Queen Size bed in the Master and in the second bedroom we have a

Queen and a Twin for an extra sleeper.



We have a comfortable couch that can accommodate yet another sleeper (not a

pullout).

### **The space**



Welcome to our Rustic Beach Front Apartment. This unique space has been carved

out of the basement of our 100+ year old beach cottage. It has just undergone

a complete interior rehab - brand new carpets and interior paint, new Linoleum

in the bathrooms and kitchen. We've recreated this unique space into a bright,

clean, comfortable and cheerful little unit where you can create wonderful

family memories.



I think it is the best location in Ocean View - the beaches, although not

quite private, are fantastic! We are situated directly on the water, just

walk out your door down the sandy path and you are right on the beach of the

beautiful Chesapeake Bay!



The kitchen features a full size refrigerator, full size gas stove/oven, and

all the essentials for meals.



It consists of 2 Bedroom and 1 Bath and is accurately described as a basement

apartment, under a rustic beach cottage. It has it's own private entrance and

parking. The windows are the smaller casement style, that contain 3 air

conditioning units.



You must be able to step down into the unit by descending 3 stairs. Beware, if

you are over 6' tall - no jumping allowed!! - there are radiator pipes running

along the ceilings that are typical of this type of basement apartment.



If you are tall, bring a hardhat!! And if you've ever played basketball in the

NBA, this may not be the right place for you!!



We are situated directly on the water, just walk out your door and you are

right on the beach of the beautiful Chesapeake Bay!



I want to temper your expectations with this unit. It is over 100 years old

and while I love it, it may not be for everyone as the appliances and plumbing

fixtures are a bit dated. This is an apartment that has been created out of a

basement space. It is clean and comfortable and of course, on the beach. The

ceilings are low and the windows are small. We have done our best to create a

comfortable space for you and your family to enjoy! The emphasis though,

should be on the beautiful Chesapeake Bay Beach and being able to enjoy it

while staying in a beach front unit.



Even with a bit of modernizing, the property is a historical home that is now

over 115 years old. It has some eccentricities that reflect building standards

and designs from the turn of the last century that lends to its charm as an

older beach cottage. Our bathroom is not as large as modern built, but even

so, we hope that you will love our older and charming home.



We are proud of this comfortable space and hope that you and your small family

will love it too!



### **Guest access**



This space is dedicated entirely to the guests. You will have your own parking

space and your own entrance/exit.



### **Other things to note**



We have a lockbox that will allow you to check in at your convenience. Please

message me for the code as it changes from time to time.



Pet Fee is $99 per pet and per stay plus tax and processing fees.



If not disclosed prior to your stay, the pet fee is $300



Pets must be house trained and stay off of bedding and furniture



An Extra Cleaning fee of $99 will be charged to remove pet hair from bedding

or furniture



Extra Charges:



Early Check-In for 1 PM - $75 (if available) Late Check-Out at 1 PM - $75 (if

available)



Normal Check Out is 10 AM. A fee of $45 per hour is charged beginning at

10:05 AM



Cleaners are on a schedule and can not be kept waiting!



This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise. Quiet

hours begin at 9 PM.
