This beach front condo suite has lots of comfy living room seating, a clear wide balcony lake view, and great outdoor seating.

It's a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom. This END UNIT with a large balcony provides a bit of extra peace and quiet right on the bend coming into Long Point.

LIVING ROOM 82" TV with sound bar.
From the photos you'll notice the amount of seating available that will fit 7 people comfortably. The size and comfort is rare to find. Both the sectional and the couch have pull out trundles 6 feet & 5 feet 7 inches in length. White lap tables if you want to eat watching TV.

MASTER BEDROOM with Ensuite & a lake view
This bedroom has a separate walkout to the balcony, a beautiful King bed with matching nightstands & a 43" TV. All covered in 4' * 2' large format porcelain tiles. Ensuite has a full bath. Closet has storage for your clothes.

BEDROOM 2 with Ensuite & a lake view. This bedroom also has a separate walkout to the balcony, a stylish queen size bed matching the Master bedroom King and the grain of the 2' * 2' porcelain tiles. 40" TV, & walk in closet. Ensuite has a matching glass shower also with a lake view!

BEDROOM 3
Not to be forgotten, this room has a very solid, beautiful Queen size wooden sleigh bed with matching tall nightstands. There is also a large dresser in the room to store your clothes.

KITCHEN
Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee maker, Keurig, Toaster, Hot water pot. Filled with lots of utensils. Fridge empty for your groceries, and Storage shelves for your dry goods.

DINING ROOM
This area is in the kitchen and has a seating for 6.

BALCONY
The large balcony has plenty of comfortable cushioned seating. In addition 2 bar tables with 6 chairs for even a better over the railing view of the Lake or watch the traffic go by. Partial sunset can be seen from balcony because of the 270 viewing angle.

Wi-Fi can reach your device on the balcony.

Great cell phone service being on the end unit.

Beds are made and towels provided, so no need for you to bring either.

McDonald's & Tim Hortons Keurig coffee pods. Tea.

There is an information booklet in the suite that shows directions how to get to the Hospital, walk-in clinic, local restaurants, food trucks, adventures etc.
