A small room with a 1.40 m wide loft bed awaits you for living. Under the loft bed is an additional sleeping area close to the floor. The house is mainly built with ecological materials and insulated with hemp.
It can be heated electrically - therefore the electricity costs of 40 cent/KWH are added to the overnight price during the heating period.
There is a summer kitchen with a gas cooker and no water connection.
A small kitchen and the mini bathroom with shower and WC are approx. 20 metres away. Both are occasionally used by other guests. Clients who are here for individual appointments may also use the toilet and the kitchen is a connecting room for my room for counselling and massages.
The kitchen is Welan's reception area, and it only reaches as far as the garden shed if the reception is very good.
There are two covered seating areas and a campfire site on the approx. 3000 m² property.
Everything is never perfect here, but a lot is self-built and very individualised.
The grass is allowed to grow, nature should have space on my farm. I only mow a few areas and a network of paths. If you prefer something different, you should look for something else.

My farm is located in a tiny village in the Uckermark. It is something for people who want a holiday away from the tourist hustle and bustle. The forest and lake are nearby, an organic farmer in the village offers his produce - other shopping facilities are further away.

Compatible dogs are welcome, they can also be larger. However, my little dog doesn't like all female dogs and there are sometimes other guests with dogs or who are afraid of dogs on the farm. In this case, mutual consideration is necessary and arrangements must be made for dogs to run free on the property.
