Instructions for controlling heat and fireplace were very poor, so we had to sleep w windows open! Unit needs maintenance -- clogged sink, glitchy light. Kitchen needs better appointment -- no frying pan or sponge for dishwashing. »

« There are a few things that I would encourage the host to consider changing for future visitors--The listing says "Onsite Parking", which led me to assume that there was a dedicated spot. This one was of the main reasons I went with this listing because parking in downtown Seattle is huge. However, the parking is actually street parking that is metered and open to all. I would change the listing or change the price of the condo; paying for parking and paying for the price of the condo is not...

« Communication was great, the location was very central to everything, the place was clean and they even left snacks! The only issue was how loud it is when anyone is moving around on the floor above. This is obviously not something the owners can control and the upstairs neighbors were not doing anything crazy, but every step they took make the floor creak and was extremely loud! »
