« Great location near shopping and all the baseball fields we needed. The house was a basic 1950’s 2-bedroom but nice and clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Nice welcome treats. The management company didn’t respond to my texts in a timely manner at first but got better after we checked in. Description said a/c but it’s really a swamp cooler that we weren’t familiar with at first so we didn’t open the bedroom window the first night. Not pleasant. The next day we read the welcome book that explains Ed...

« I really enjoyed the stay here. It was priced comparatively to a typical hotel room, but got the extra privacy of the bedroom. It was cleaner than the hotel rooms you find in the area and the hosts seemed to care. The 25 Starbucks gift card was a nice "perk" that I'm enjoying as I write this review. I would definitely stay there again when I'm back in the Farmington area. Way better than a hotel by far. »

« All amenities were there as stated in the listing. The inside of the house and yard were as shown in the listing pictures. The bedrooms had comfy beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. The heating available in the living room, the back bedroom and the bathroom were a plus. The neighborhood was quiet with trains that can be heard in the distance but far enough that it doesn't keep you awake. The backyard is great for those bringing a dog, it was totally fenced in. The house was close to where...

Ryan responded to my questions quickly and with great clarity, prior to booking and check in and also during our stay. The house instructions were detailed and the property itself was immaculately clean and ideal for our needs (family reunion). We are hoping to stay there again next year. »
