« Our stay over July 4th weekend was nice, lovely resort, nice rooms, pretty lobby and grounds. The fireworks show was SPECTACULAR! Very well done! The one area that could use improvement is the pool staff-they were not very attentive at all-most people had to go to the bar to order drinks/food. They do put flags on each set of chairs that you can raise when you need something but those were basically ignored. « While our room was clean and the cleaning staff kept up the foyer and swimming area cleanly. The front desk could have been more helpful. I called with a minor issue with our room and the young man that answered the phone was not very helpful. I wasn’t sure if our conversation was over until I realized he hung up. I understand he may have had a long work day, but my family and I also had a long travel day. It would have been nice if he at least pretended to care about my issue. »

« this is a non smoking please but the smell of mariaguana was super strong and they did nothing about it. The phone to ask for help does not work and they did nothing about it, I called because I forgot very expensive glasses and their phone was always busy. The ice machine was not working some things are broken in the hotel and nothing is done.. one more thing they do not clean your room while you are there. « We would like to thank the entire team the check in clerks, the cleaning staff, the amenities staff, and especially the valet team. The valet team got us in and out very quickly every day which helped with our 2 year old from throwing tantrums since he is still working on developing his patience. »

« The house was exactly like the pictures. It was beautiful. Looks brand new. Cute little front porch and a nice back porch and backyard area with a fire pit. There is a ramp to the front door and to the back porch, as well as a long ramp to the yard. Beds are off the ground so a patient lift can roll underneath. The accessible bathroom was great.
