« Had a horrible experience at this hotel. My truck was broken into while parked 7 spots away from the main entrance to the hotel lobby. Worst part is there were many other vehicles that had gotten broken into that same night that were also parked in the hotel parking lot. My window was smashed and truck completely ransacked. I was later informed by the front desk, that they have a security guard who works overnight and is on a golf cart patrolling the lot. Come to find out from another employee...

« Hotel was decent, but nothing incredible. Staff was competent, but not overly friendly. Mattress was comfortable, but room smelled musty and needed an update to fixtures. Pool was awesome. Nice place to stay with a family, but I wouldn’t want to be there for more than two nights. »

« It is always a pleasure staying at this DoubleTree. The staff always greets us with a smile and are very helpful. The property always smells great and it is in top condition, it is honestly a home away from home. will definitely keep coming back at least once a month for a staycation :) . »

« The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and had great customer service. Upon checking out, Delia one of the cleaning staff wished us safe travels and she hoped we went back soon. »

« They cancelled my booking without a phone call or anything. So at 8:30 pm I had to go find another hotel. The only thing they offered me was they would call another of their hotels in the area to see if they had a room available. I am still waiting to hear back from Expedia to get my money back. Guess we’ll see how that goes. »
