« Room was good size and very clean. Had a couple of things in bathroom that needed to be fixed (broken tile and outlet was not useable). Outside pool was cloudy. Could not see the bottom of the pool. Indoor pool was fine. »

« We traveled as a family and were thoroughly disappointed with our stay. Our initial room on the third floor smelled horrible. While the staff did move us to the fifth floor which was an improvement—the rest of the hotel fell short. The restroom was far too small, the breakfast was terrible, and the pool was much too dirty to enjoy. No dressers where our clothes can be put away. It was more a motel than a suite. »

« While our room was clean and the cleaning staff kept up the foyer and swimming area cleanly. The front desk could have been more helpful. I called with a minor issue with our room and the young man that answered the phone was not very helpful. I wasn’t sure if our conversation was over until I realized he hung up. I understand he may have had a long work day, but my family and I also had a long travel day. It would have been nice if he at least pretended to care about my issue. »
