« The only redeeming quality of this rental was that it had direct access to the riverwalk. Every single part of the building was filthy. Upon entering the unit, they had a glade air freshener plugged in likely to mask the smoky smell. We immediately unplugged it and opened the window and turned on the fans to air the place out. The carpet and rugs were so dirty. I messaged the host and she was nice and offered to come vacuum however the timing did not work with our plans and I said I would...

« Great SAFE location, right on the river. Parking garage was a plus. We walked to the River walk, The Pearl and the Market Square (ages 56 and 68). Ramiro was awesome in quickly responding when we were not receiving the VRBO emails. He called to confirm. The apartment was lovely. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed some meals while watching all of the walkers/runners along the river. Do not hesitate to rent this place. »

« This property is well maintained, clean and comfortable. It’s easy access to the riverwalk and The Pearl was a plus. Great restaurants, shopping and bars within a 10- 15 minute walk each way. The owner was very communicative and the building was very safe. I would definetly stay again. »

« We stayed 6 nights. Could get to all the fun things we wanted to quickly. We felt safe. Really enjoyed having 2 sets of washer and dryers! Looked newly remodeled or built. They even left us chips and salsa and topo Chico’s! Met our every need! Pretty mural inside for family photos too. Mgr quick to respond. »

« Excellent stay start to finish! Cozy and charming condo with thoughtful touches at every turn. Beds were v comfortable. We loved walking to the river and around KW too. There is no reserved parking but we never had trouble finding a space, so don’t let that stop you! Dining and social spots are all within easy walking distance too. Great part of town if you enjoy historical residential architecture. »
