« I arrived at the property and was unable to access it as I had not been given any codes. Staff at the adjoining restaurant were able to help and I finally got the codes. When I attempted to turn on the television it simply said no signal . Fortunately the bed was very comfortable. »

« Dreadful. I want a refund. Displayed on the site as a cozy house in a quiet spot, the accommodation is back rooms of a dingy cafe, on a main road. No-one onsite - the 'service' amounts to someone on a remote phone, watching on cameras. Telling me that I had no reservation, and then 3 minutes later calling back to say they found the reservation, but it clashes with another reservation, and they had no room.
