« I stayed for 2 nights and got there at 1:30 pm the room was ready and they charged me $50 to check in an hour early that’s crazy considering there were only 3 other cars in the parking lot. I have never been charged anything to check in to hotel after 1pm if the room is ready. I hope charging an extra $50 for 1 hour early is worth someone never staying there again, where has customer appreciation and customer service gone??? »

« My room at West Bank Inn was a bit dated but very clean. The Inn had a very beachy vibe with a lakeside balcony. The bed was so comfortable and the shower felt really good...ample hot water with good pressure. There is also a Keurig with K-cups on the bottom level with 24 hour access and vending on the second floor. If you visit Celina be sure to eat at the SpeakEasy Steak & Ale and have breakfast at the Bay restaurant. Both were wonderful! I'm really glad we stayed at the West Bank Inn! I felt...

« Overall very nice stay. Front desk staff was cheerful and pleasant, check in was a breeze. The room was nice and clean but no microwave. We were there as a family with 2 kids so visiting the pool was a top reason I chose this hotel. First off, the pool room is nice and warm, lots of seating too. Unfortunately there were no towels so I had to go to the front desk in my bathing suit and ask for some. Also, there were trash items some other people left behind on one of the tables and some stray...
