« We just stayed for one night but the front desk employee was super helpful with dinner ideas! Our room was clean and comfortable. We were wanting to use the pool, but it was out of order. We booked this hotel specifically for the pool, so we were disappointed that it was closed. The breakfast was okay. The made to order eggs were delicious, but you could only get one thing. Everything else was standard continental breakfast stuff (which is okay). »

« The times listed online were wrong for everything. We drove from out of town to come here for fun and we couldn't even use the waterpark till Friday at 4pm. So we went out that morning to somewhere else so our child could swim. Then we came back and couldn't get into our room anymore. « Okay stay - not the best but not the worst. Needed to ask for a room change as first room was not clean (hair on sheets). Wifi exists but is not reliable. This was an issue as the main purpose of me booking this room was having somewhere quiet to remote work. Did not recieve any room service for entire nine day stay (no new towels, toilet paper, etc.). Breakfast is not very good but there is a waffle iron and a few grab and go items. No fruit or yogurt. Desk is often empty and you have to call...
