« The property is under renovation. Doors are difficult to enter room. The pool was down, beds are hard like plywood box, Sheets had hair on them, shower wasn’t clean. No sofa bed/couch as stated in room choice to accommodate number of people. No receipt given for deposit nor proof of stay. Cancelled room within 10 minutes of being there. Asked for refund, front desk clerk/manager gave run around with the third party trying to contact to confirm that I cancelled the room. I do not recommend. I was...

« When I booked this property I read the reviews and they were terrible. But the room was fine. Plumbing could use some work, but the the bed was soft warm and dry, and the shower hot and wet. No mold or dust bunnies in sight. Staff was great. TV and wifi worked. But no breakfast even through there is a restaurant. Parking looked easy and safe. But I suspect this conference center was built when Aurora had better prospects and is now a money loser for the owners. My brother says the food...
